Implementation pilots in Q1 2027

Your customers already resell your products. Let them do it with you.

Your own second-hand platform in your brand's colours. Customers sell your products to each other, while we take care of moderation, disputes, shipping and payouts.

ExampleOne hoodie, two storiesHooded sweatshirt, age 4
  1. 1. Bought in your shop

    First owner

  2. 2. Listed from order history

Details and photos from your catalogue

  3. 3. Sold to another family

    €12

  4. 4. Paid out as credit for your shop

With a bonus for choosing credit

Your products already have a second life. Just not with you.

Your products change hands on Vinted, local classifieds sites and Facebook groups. With every sale, your brand loses touch with the customer, the traffic and what happens to its products.

Social media groups

The customer
They look for your pre-owned products on a site that recommends your competitors a moment later.
The traffic
Searches for your brand name end on classifieds sites instead of your shop.
The data
You don't know which products last longest, who buys them second-hand or for how much.

Second-hand under your brand, on your subdomain

Relovely is a resale platform we launch in your shop's look and feel. Customers sell your products to each other there, and you run an outlet for seconds and returns alongside.

  • Your logo, colours and a subdomain of your shop
  • Listings filled in with details and photos from your catalogue
  • An outlet next to customer listings, with orders going to your shop

How it works in three steps

See the details
  1. The customer lists an item from their order history

They pick a product from their purchases. Name, size and photos are filled in from your catalogue.

  2. The buyer pays online, the parcel goes to a pickup point

The money waits with a licensed payment provider until the parcel is collected and the 48 hours to report a problem have passed.

  3. The seller chooses cash or credit for your shop

Credit is worth more thanks to a bonus you set. The money from the sale then comes back to you as an order.

What your brand gains

Customers stay with your brand
They resell and buy your products with you, not on a site full of other brands.
Credit comes back as sales
Sellers who choose credit with a bonus spend it on new products in your shop.
New customers from second-hand
Second-hand buyers discover your brand and find their way to your shop.
An outlet without a new process
Sell seconds, returns and samples on the same platform. Your warehouse fulfils those orders like any other.

Zero operations on your side

You don't need to hire anyone to run the platform. Moderation, disputes, shipping and payouts follow fixed rules, and the Relovely team handles the exceptions.

Runs on its own

  • Moderation of listings and content reports
  • Parcel hand-ins at drop-off points
  • 48 hours to report a problem after collection, then the sale closes automatically
  • Payouts to sellers and issuing shop credit
Example activity on the platformAutomatic
  • Listing approved: hooded sweatshirt, age 4
  • Shipping code sent to the seller
  • Parcel collected at a pickup point
  • 48 hours without a report: sale closed
  • Credit with a bonus issued to the seller
  • Content report reviewed, decision sent with reasons
  • Payout sent to the seller's account

Exceptions

Disputes the rules can't settle go to the Relovely team.

Built in the European Union

Relovely is built for European regulation from day one, so compliance isn't an add-on after launch.

Data in the EU
Customer data is stored in the European Union, in line with the GDPR. We name any providers outside the EEA, such as the payment provider.
DSA
Content reporting and reasoned moderation decisions under the Digital Services Act.
DAC7
Seller data collected the way digital platform reporting requires.
Omnibus
Buyers always see whether they're buying from a private person or a business.
New rules on unsold clothingSince July 2026, large companies may not destroy unsold clothes and shoes, returns included, and by April 2028 EU countries must set up schemes in which producers pay for textile collection.See the regulation calendar

For brands with their own shop and community

Relovely works best for D2C brands whose products are recognisable and durable, and whose customers already resell them to each other.
